The Marine Shield Cluster is pleased to announce its upcoming webinar titled “From Monitoring to Remediation”, bringing together EU-funded projects working on innovative solutions to tackle marine pollution.
The webinar will showcase how Marine Shield Cluster projects address the full cycle of marine pollution challenges — from environmental monitoring and data collection to mitigation strategies and remediation approaches. Participants will gain valuable insights into the technologies, methodologies and results developed across the cluster.
The event will feature short presentations from participating projects including MOBILES, highlighting their contributions and fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration.
Angelo Ferraro will be presenting on the progress of the MOBILES project, with a focus on aptasensors: "Using aptamers as sensing elements in electrochemical sensors"
The webinar is open to researchers, policymakers, industry stakeholders and all interested in marine environmental protection and innovation.
